TEAM COORDINATOR

The Team Coordinator is responsible for the organization of team development, leader assignments, and team communication.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Update and manage the staff list in the database
  • Assign leaders, volunteers, and participants to teams each week
  • Assist with setting up schedules, registration, and logistics for Rancher programs
  • Assist with nightly meetings, staff meetings, and communication between summer and full time staff.
  • Assist in communicating and implementing Spiritual Retreat, End of the Year Celebration, etc.
