General Maintenance
This position is a full-time, on-site position.
Core Duties
- Fix and Repair: Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting jobs.
- Check Systems: Inspect heating, cooling, and safety alarms on a regular schedule.
- Care for Grounds: Cut grass, clean walkways, and clear away snow or trash.
- Help Guests: Answer repair requests quickly and in a polite way.
- Emergency Response: Join on-call rotations to fix urgent after-hours problems.
- School: High school diploma or GED.
- Skills: Know how to use basic hand and power tools. Know a little about plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
- Physical: Can lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk all day.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transport
