Wildwood Hills Ranch partners with schools, public agencies, nonprofits, churches, and community organizations to identify young people who can benefit from long-term relationships, leadership development, and life-changing experiences.
Our Community Partners know their students and families. Wildwood provides an additional resource to help those young people grow.
Through our partnership model, approved organizations can refer eligible students ages 8–18 to participate in Wildwood programming on a 100% scholarship at no cost to the student or family.

Together, these partnerships allow Wildwood to operate in 93 communities across Iowa and into Illinois and Nebraska, extending our reach while keeping local organizations at the center of identifying and supporting young people.
These partnerships allow each organization to do what it does best while surrounding young people with a broader network of consistent support.
More Than a Referral
For students referred through an approved Community Partner, Wildwood can become the beginning of a 10-year commitment.
We walk alongside students from approximately age 8 through 18 with programming that grows as they grow.
Through year-round experiences and transformational relationships, students have opportunities to:
- Experience safety and belonging
- Build healthy relationships with trusted adults and peers
- Develop confidence and resilience
- Discover their gifts, identity, and purpose
- Strengthen leadership and character
- Develop job, financial, and life skills
- Prepare for education, employment, and adulthood
