One of our partner middle schools was spending more than 5,300 hours each year responding to behavioral issues—the equivalent of nearly five full-time staff members dedicated to discipline rather than education.

Wildwood was invited to serve the students responsible for the majority of those challenges.

Through year-round mentoring, transformational relationships, leadership development, and family engagement, the results were dramatic.

Behavioral office time decreased from 5,300 hours to 1,300 hours.

After Wildwood trained school staff in the same relational approach, those hours dropped again—from 1,300 hours to just 300 hours annually.

This wasn't simply improved behavior.

It was healthier students, stronger educators, restored learning environments, and a school community transformed through relationships.
