Wildwood Hills Ranch participated in a longitudinal leadership development study conducted by a prestigious mid-west Graduate School. The research measured growth in leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, and spiritual development among participating organizations.
The results demonstrated exceptional growth in each of these areas, reinforcing our belief that when people experience transformational relationships, they grow as leaders who positively influence their families, workplaces, churches, and communities.

Middle School Case Study
Wildwood Hills Ranch assisted with a three-year program to positively impact behavior and improve student engagement. Ninety-four percent of the students were receiving free or reduced lunch, many students came from single- or no-parent homes, and discipline was virtually nonexistent. Over a three-year period, the school sent the entire sixth-grade class for one week to the Ranch to experience the program. In those three years the amount of office referrals due to disciplinary action dropped dramatically.
