CHARLES, IOWA – Wildwood Hills Ranch is pleased to announce the donation of over 100 mattresses to help expand the number of children served each year.

“We feel incredibly blessed as an organization to have such amazing community support from local businesses like the Mattress Firm.”  Al Lorenzen, CEO explained, “We have increased the number of children we serve by 30% in the last five years, that means new facilities and new furnishings…we could not do that without support like this!”

Local Mattress Firm owner Dave Eisenbraun said, “We are committed to positively impacting the communities where our employees live and we do business, we are pleased to support Wildwood Hills Ranch in a way that will provide comfortable beds for the kids they serve.”

Founded in 2001, Wildwood Hill’s Ranch, located south of Des Moines, exists to transform lives and strengthen communities by providing healing, hope, and God’s unconditional love to children and youth at-risk. The Ranch serves over 1,000 youth from across the state of Iowa annually through it’s “Next Steps” programming. The Next Steps program makes a unique ten year commitment to the children served through values based leadership development, equine therapy, agriculture activities, aquatics, team-building and art therapy, designed to put children on paths to hope.
