The Wild About the Child Shindig is THIS Saturday!

Summer is right around the corner and with it, hundreds of children that are in need of love, shelter, protection, food and educational assistance at Wildwood Hills Ranch of Iowa. The Ranch serves vulnerable youth year-round at our 400-acre safe haven but we have the most students on site and staying with us during our summer programming sessions. On average, The Ranch serves over 1,000 youth at-risk and veterans in need annually.

The programming we provide is of no cost to the youth served and we raise all funds through grants, donations and fundraisers.

Join us for The Wild About the Child Shindig THIS Saturday, May 21st at 6PM at The Stine Barn in West Des Moines and partner with us in our mission to serve youth in our community! 100% of the profits from The Shindig will go straight towards scholarships for the youth we serve to attend our programming where they can experience hope, healing, education and the unconditional love of God.

Join us for an evening of gourmet food and drinks, live music, entertainment, auctions, and more! This year’s event will feature a delicious dinner from local food truck vendors The Bearded Jackal and The Big Red Food Truck with local spirits, ice cream sandwiches from Thelma’s, and Parinda Cupcakes!

Also, live music will be provided by Royce Johns and Oreo Meatwagon and photography by Christopher Maharry.

There will also be some incredible live auction items including a getaway for 10 people to St. Lucia, Dinner with the Governor at Terrace Hill, a Farm to Table experience for 10 people at Rose Farm and SO MUCH MORE.
