BUNKHOUSE DIRECTOR

The Bunkhouse Director is responsible to maintain all facilities according to checklists and procedures to ensure a safe, clean, and excellent experience for all participants and staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain all bunkhouse facilities each day.
  • Oversee the luggage process for check-in and check-out each week
  • Oversee the processes for bed checks and lost and found
  • Oversee the cleaning process each day and each week for the bunkhouses and facilities
  • Communicate any facility damage or updates to Directors
  • Oversee bed time process for all teams and offer extra support or behavior modification if needed.

HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT

The Housekeeping Assistant is responsible to maintain full stock of all materials in all facilities according to checklists and procedures to ensure a safe, clean, and excellent experience for all participants and staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee the restocking of all paper towels, toilet paper, soap, linens, etc. in all facilities.
  • Maintain functionality and working order of all dispensers
  • Oversee the linen distribution and return each week
  • Assist with the luggage process for check-in and check-out each week
  • Aid in the processes for bed checks and lost and found
  • Assist the cleaning process each day and each week for the bunkhouses and facilities

MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for aiding in the upkeep of grounds and the completion of maintenance projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist with the luggage process each week during check in and check out
  • Assist in the upkeep of the grounds by mowing, etc.
  • Aid in the completion of projects in facilities and on the grounds.
  • Manage the process for water containers each day
  • Maintain the process of trash removal each day
  • Contribute to the overall goal of professionalism and aesthetically pleasing environments

OPERATIONS SWOT

The Operations SWOT member is responsible for the maintenance and implementation of operational procedures, facility assistance, and any related projects in addition to serving as a primary resource for behavior management, program tasks, and staff support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support Team Leaders and program staff by engaging, providing breaks and additional help at rotations
  • Take initiative to keep camp clean, safe, and on target to accomplish objectives
  • Lead in specialized skill area (operations)
  • Oversee the laundry, luggage, hospitality needs, and other related operational projects.
  • Assist staff in managing undesired behavior with children and youth
  • Serve in any area needing extra assistance
